Sea World’s Teacher’s Guide, a complete Ocean awareness resource

Teacher’s Guides have been developed at SeaWorld and Busch Gardens to help you teach your students – in an active, hands-on way – about how people interact with the environment and how we can best care for Earth’s resources.

Each guide includes goals and objectives, information, vocabulary, a bibliography, and classroom activities. Activities strive to integrate science, mathematics, geography, art, and language.

NOAA Ocean Explorer

NOAA Ocean Explorer offers Ocean awareness resources including direct access to lesson plans developed by scientists and educators during Ocean Explorer field seasons. These lessons are geared toward students in Grades 5-12. This Web-based ocean awareness material includes lesson plan. Each hands-on lesson includes focus questions, learning objectives, and a step-by-step learning procedure that correspond to teaching aquarium activities
