History of Touch Tanks for Kids

Touch Tanks for Kids is a federally recoginzed 501 c 3 nonprofit corportation.  The organization works to advance a grassroots environmental movement that improves the educational process while motivating satudents to promote sustainability in our environment and to enhance enthusiasm about studying science.

Joseph Zucchero established this organization on July 1, 2005 with the mission of helping schools, museums, environmental centers, and other interested parties obtain one of the most dynamic teaching tools ever created, the Touch Tank.  This mechanism always does it’s job by inspiring students to learn about the environment and the delicate ecosystems that support life on our planet.

Touch Tanks for Kids has been committed to its vision of improving environmental awareness while at the same time promoting the growth of local economies.

Presently, Touch Tanks for Kids offers grants and works with participants to create comprehensive fundraising plans that help reduce environmental impacts through providing environmentally focused funding opportunities.
